The Department of Physics and Geosciences offers a minor in Geology. GEOL 1303 and GEOL 1304 are required, plus additional GEOL courses (which may require any pre-requisites) to a total of 18 semester hours; at least two of the courses must be advanced hours. Prospective GEOL minors should consult with their advisor and the geology faculty to identify courses that will meet their needs. Contact the department for more information.
