Office of Undergraduate Studies
The Office on Undergraduate Studies (OUS) supports the success of all undergraduate students through program planning and assessment, policy creation and implementation, and opportunities for enriching experiences.
Our office:
- Works with academic colleges and departments to oversee the planning and assessment of quality undergraduate programs.
- Develops campus-wide policies and initiatives to ensure student success.
- Coordinates, with Academic Affairs, the core curriculum, the General Studies (GENS) and the Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degrees.
- Oversees Living Learning programs such as Honors program.
- Provides opportunities for students to participate in student exchange and study abroad programs through the Office of Global Engagement.
- Streamlines high-impact practice initiatives like undergraduate research opportunities.
